Help with a find: who to ask, what the words mean, common questions
Most order problems need the agent holding the purchase record. This page explains which evidence to send, the terms on the screens and the decisions that need confirmation.

Who can help with what
If you need help with an order, the agent holding your items is the only party that can act: it talks to the seller, arranges returns, repacks parcels and files claims with carriers. Use its ticket or chat system, and attach the order number and the photo that shows the problem.
No editorial mailbox is currently listed. Order, payment and parcel questions belong to the support channel of the agent holding the order.
We cannot see your order, reach Mulebuy, or recover money from any agent.
Glossary of catalog and agent terms
Short definitions of the words this site and most agents use, in alphabetical order.
- Comparable
- A listing that sells the same kind of item with similar stated details (shelf, material, size range, package). Used to judge whether a find’s price and description are ordinary.
- Consolidation
- Packing several items held at the warehouse into one international parcel.
- Domestic delivery
- The seller’s shipping inside China, from the shop to the agent’s warehouse. Paid with the item.
- Find
- An item someone has spotted in a catalog or marketplace and thinks worth buying.
- Line
- A shipping route an agent sells to a country, with its own carrier, price, weight range and restrictions.
- Option menu
- The size, color and package choices on a listing, each of which can carry its own price.
- QC
- Quality check: the agent’s inspection and photos when an item reaches the warehouse.
- Rehearsal packing
- A trial pack of a parcel before you pay for shipping, so you learn its real weight and size. Mulebuy charged CNY 20 per parcel for it in 2026.
- Shelf
- A category page of the catalog, such as hoodies or bags.
- Volumetric weight
- A parcel’s size turned into kilograms: length × width × height in centimeters divided by the carrier’s divisor. Carriers charge whichever is larger, this or the actual weight.
- Yuan (CNY)
- China’s currency, used for every marketplace price.
Questions before a first order
These questions cover the decisions a first-time reader needs to make. Longer explanations are linked.
Can I still order through Mulebuy
Our 20 October 2026 attempt could not confirm that Mulebuy ordering was available. A website error does not establish the state of a particular account or a company’s closure. Check the official site and your existing account channels before taking action.
Do the catalog links work with another agent
Yes. Each card links to the seller’s marketplace page; paste that address into any agent that accepts links from that marketplace.
How many comparables do I need
Three at least, eight at most. Fewer lets one odd price distort the middle; more usually mixes in different items.
Why is my find cheaper than all its comparables
Often a smaller size, a thinner fabric, a single item from a set, or an older stock. Read the listing against the lowest-priced comparable and ask the seller.
Does a warehouse photo prove the material
No. It shows the item’s look, size label and condition. Fabric content and metal remain the seller’s claim.
Are you paid by the agents you list
Some agent links carry our referral codes, and we may earn a fee when someone signs up through them. It does not change the comparison.
More questions about money and timing
When do I pay for shipping
After your items reach the warehouse and you ask the agent to pack them. The price depends on weight, size and line. See shipping a haul home.
How long can items wait at the warehouse
The August 2026 Mulebuy storage page described 90 free days, followed by limited paid extension conditions. That is a historical example, not the current deadline for your item. Read the stored date and current storage terms in the account; a return window is separate and normally much shorter.
How fast must I decide on a return
Check the deadline attached to your order immediately after arrival. Mulebuy’s August 2026 example counted a conditional request window from Stored, not from the day you happened to read the photos. Seller eligibility, item condition and acceptance still matter; ask before arranging a return.
Why does the price change at checkout
A different option, the seller’s domestic delivery, an agent fee, or the agent’s exchange rate. The fees page goes through each.
What if my parcel tracking stops
Check the parcel status and last carrier scan, then ask the agent to investigate if the gap exceeds the line’s expected pattern. A tracking number is not a dispatch confirmation, and silence alone proves neither loss nor safe transit.
No editorial mailbox is currently listed. Order, payment and parcel questions belong to the support channel of the agent holding the order.
Find the right record before asking for help
In the official Mulebuy example below, Warehouse opens the received-item records and QC Photos opens a picture. For a wrong option or missing view, send the order ID, the paid option and the relevant image together. For an order still waiting on purchase or domestic delivery, use Orders; for an outbound shipment, use Parcel and its parcel ID.

Request a review before international dispatch if a photo shows a mismatch. Confirm the seller’s eligibility rules, the item’s deadline and any fee. Do not post an item back without instructions, and do not treat free storage as extra time to request a return.
