Updates: Mulebuy’s last notices, community reports and our own changes

Mulebuy’s official notices, April to July 2026
Mulebuy published notices in a feed on its website. These are the notices from April to July 2026 that changed how ordering or shipping worked, in date order and in our own words; the copy of the feed archived in August 2026 ends with the July 31 item. All of them are history now.
- April 3. Short English links from Xiaohongshu became accepted as order links.
- May 9. A security notice: official emails would come only from three named Mulebuy addresses.
- May 16. Several lines were retired, among them express lines to Europe and the United States and some battery lines, and a dedicated air line to Spain was added.
- June 23. Postal lines to the 27 EU countries were suspended after changes in EU customs handling.
- June 24. A fixed EUR 3 per parcel began to apply to EU parcels submitted from 18:00 Beijing time.
- July 3. A membership and points scheme went live.
- July 9. EU postal lines were restored and an EU line with duties included was added.
- July 22. Prices on the EU economy courier lines were cut by 10 to 30 percent.
- July 31. A notice warned that natural disasters could delay deliveries in parts of Europe. It was the last item in the feed.
Community reports since August
From August 2026 onward, shoppers on forums and social platforms reported that Mulebuy’s warehouse had closed and that orders had stopped moving. An industry newsletter repeated them in September and October and said they were unconfirmed. We have seen no statement from Mulebuy or from any authority, and we do not repeat the details that circulate, because we cannot check them.
What we could check ourselves is narrow: the website stopped answering, and its other channels were still up in mid-October without any announcement. If you have an order or a balance with Mulebuy, keep your order records and payment receipts, and watch its official channels for a statement.
Reading community feedback the comparables way
Reddit threads, YouTube hauls and TikTok clips are where most shoppers hear about agents and finds. They are useful and noisy in the same way listings are. One glowing haul video is a single data point; so is one angry thread. Treat feedback like comparables: look for several independent reports that describe the same thing, check their dates, and give more weight to posts that show order numbers, photos or timestamps than to posts that only describe a feeling.
Be careful with sources that make money from the outcome. A creator with a referral code in the description has a reason to like an agent, and so do we; that is why our referral links are disclosed. A report is worth more when the person gains nothing from it.

- October 20, 2026. Site rebuilt as Mulebuy Spreadsheet Comparables: fifteen pages, sixteen shelves with photos, the comparables checker, and four open agents compared on three dated terms. Mulebuy status checked the same day. The older pages at this address were retired.
No editorial mailbox is currently listed. Order, payment and parcel questions belong to the support channel of the agent holding the order.
